The first thing that you will want to do is find a lab. The fee for the Cima Panel generally runs around $100 without hormones and around $350-$400 with hormones. Please note that the hormone panel is not run through the Cima Analysis and is not necessary unless you wanted to specifically look at the hormone levels.
We use Labcorp and you can send them our panel numbers and they should give you the same price that they gave us. The panel numbers are as follows:
CIMASYSTEM PANEL $100 PANEL # 238539
CIMASYSTEM PANEL WITH MALE PANEL $350 PANEL # 238538
CIMASYSEM PANEL WITH FEMALE PANEL $350 PANEL # 238525
Occasionally, your patients will already have a blood test. However, very rarely does it have every single test that the Cima Panel requires. With this being said, you can still use the test and enter the results that you do have. Every result that you do not have just put in a middle of range result so the test does not influence the overall results. For example, a range from 10-20 put a value of 15. Even with an incomplete blood test, you will still be able to gain valuable information on diet and chemical imbalances.
The second thing you need to do is order a blood test. I would highly recommend that you become the first patient. The reason is obvious and it will be a great experience to learn why you have some of the problems that you now deal with or will be dealing with.
